Brian Schuette is the lead attorney at Schuette Law Group. He has been practicing law in Kentucky since 1991 and is AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Brian’s practice is focused on personal injury, civil litigation and legal matters for churches. He has handled many wrongful death and serious personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall, product liability and dog bite cases.
Brian is trained as a mediator (Rule 31 Listed in Tennessee) and Christian conciliator (alternative dispute resolution for churches and church members). This training has been a useful tool for Brian as he works with individual and business clients to achieve excellent results as efficiently as possible.
Brian has extensive experience representing and advising churches on a variety of issues, including conflict resolution, organizational document review and drafting, church personnel issues and the legal aspects of church governance. He has worked with churches from Florida to New York to Wyoming and many states in between.
Brian has successfully litigated many cases in the state and federal courts of Tennessee and Kentucky, as illustrated by his Representative Legal Work.
